- This unit is primarily comprised of a plastic extruder, air ring, nose device, traction device, cooling device, heating expansion device, winding device, heating system, and electronic control device.
- The critical components, namely the screw and barrel, are crafted from high-quality 38GrMoAIA alloy steel, ensuring exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance following precise finishing and ammoniation treatment.
- Featuring a new screw design with a length ratio of 1:28, it's tailored for efficiently mixing and plasticizing high-melt-viscosity and thermally unstable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics.
- An automatic temperature control system is integrated to regulate the fuselage heaters and cooling fans, maintaining a consistent, precise temperature in accordance with the film production's technological demands, thereby guaranteeing superior quality of the heat recovery film.
- The specialized structure of the die head and air ring optimally fulfills plasticizing and cooling requirements.

Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's about a 40-minute flight or a 4-hour train ride from Shanghai. We would be happy to pick you up at the airport or station and welcome you to visit our factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our standard delivery time is usually 30-45 days. However, if you need it urgently, we can manufacture your machine first and deliver it within approximately 10 days.
Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: We offer an 18-month warranty on all our products, along with lifetime maintenance. This means that if any parts break down during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts.
Q: What package do you use for the product?
A: Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film for protection. If you prefer wooden box packing, there may be an additional cost.
Q: Does your factory provide installation service?
A: Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The buyer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and bear the cost of the supplier's technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and wages. The cost is USD 120 per person per day, starting from the date of work commencement until their arrival at the factory.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept various payment methods such as Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Western Union. Please let us know which method you prefer when making the payment.
